The CalFresh Program
The CalFresh Program, federally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), can add to your food budget to put healthy and nutritious food on the table. The program issues monthly electronic benefits that can be used to buy most foods at many markets and food stores.
The CalFresh Program helps to improve the health and well-being of qualified households and individuals by providing them a means to meet their nutritional needs.
Heaven’s Windows can assist in prescreening for CalFresh in our office and submitting the application to the Family Resource Center. Call for an appointment at 619 303-7806.

We host a weekly Bible Club in the public classroom at Bancroft Elementary School. Sonshine Haven Bible Clubs currently have 41 Clubs and 2300 kids attending! The SonShine motto is "It's fun! It's Free!" Snacks, games, prizes, Bible stories, and character building are all included. Our Club are staffed by faithful volunteers from Heaven’s Windows. We're so grateful for their continual commitments. We couldn't do it without them!
We are very committed to helping all of our children and their families move past failure and guide them towards personal, spiritual, and relational success. Children are a gift from God and should be handled with love and care. They deserve a safe, positive and nurturing environment that is free of fear, and pressure to "grow up", and prejudice. We want them to know they are precious to us and to the Lord!
